Choosing to work with Shana was BY FAR one of the the greatest decisions and gifts I have given to myself.  Shana has taught me how to eat for long term health and weight management.  When I met her, I was overweight, hungry ALL the time and tired.  In working with her, I have taken all of that stress away and am at my goal weight!  I am finally comfortable in my own skin.  She takes the time to get to know her clients and what lifestyle factors are at play. I’ve struggled with weight my entire life. I’ve tried every diet, worked one-on-one with many dietitians and spent thousands of dollars (and many weeks of my life) attending weight loss boot camps, spas and health retreats. I’ve had some short terms successes but nothing that really worked or was sustainable … until I met Shana. For the first time in 50+ years I’ve been able to get to and maintain my goal weight. Shana has provided me with a plan that is sustainable and easy to follow. She is incredibly smart, exceptionally motivating and very detail-oriented. Her fool-proof plans (which change weekly according to my progress, schedule and travel plans) combined with her caring but tough love approach to counseling have made it easy to succeed. Not to mention the fact that I’m never hungry and am able to go out for dinner, have a cocktail or two and attend parties without the gripping fear of “ruining my diet”. My only complaint about Shana is that I didn’t meet her sooner!
