Hi! I’m Shana!

A Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, mother of two, and health and wellness enthusiast. I have dedicated my career to helping others look and feel their best. Why?

Because I know firsthand how it feels to not be confident in your own skin.

Growing up I was a chubby kid who struggled with my weight. I quickly learned I could not eat whatever I wanted and feel good too.  The weight crept on and I was unhappy. My parents sensed this and suggested trying a weight loss camp. I jumped at the opportunity and in 6 weeks of camp I had lost 15 lbs. I never looked back, and knew I was destined to help others do the same. 
I studied nutrition at Indiana University, completed my Dietetic Internship through Aramark Healthcare, and started my work as a Registered Dietitian. Through education, personal trial and error (shedding weight pre-wedding and post pregnancies), and professional experience (helping hundreds of clients successfully lose weight and feel good), I know what needs to be done to achieve your health and wellness goals. I want to be your educator, motivator, tough love gal, and cheerleader. Let me help you live your life to the fullest and create a happier and healthier you!

I work with each and every client to create a customized meal plan they can feel confident and comfortable following long term. This meal plan focuses on incorporating whole natural foods, lots of plants, and maintaining balance so clients do not feel restricted and deprived.  Most of all I want my clients to enjoy what they are eating from day one so they are motivated to stick to the plan and create healthy long lasting changes. 
My philosophy of healthy eating is simple: eat whole REAL food, lots of PLANTS, and BALANCE. I work with clients to customize a nutrition plan that they can stick with and feel proud of.
